Good Taste? I think not.
I received a gift sent by a thoughtful relative from Figi's. When we opened the outer box, I thought it odd that the box was not wrapped in celophane. Imagine my surprise to find that several of the treats were missing?! No big deal, though...
I figured I'd just call customer service and ask for a replacement. The first girl I spoke to said, 'let me check on that'. She hung up. So I called back, a bit irritated now, and asked to speak to a supervisor.
None around, so I explained my issue to the guy who answered the phone. He told me that I would have to call the purchaser and have them call. Are you serious? So I have to tell my thoughtful relative that the gift they sent was previously used?
And returned? Before it was sent to me? The guy said, "well I can't be giving a discount or replacement item to just anyone." I pointed out that this was ridiculous. He hung up on me.
Oh, okay. Let me see what Facebook thinks. And Yelp. And Twitter.
What am I missing?
