I ordered 2 food gifts, to be shipped to two separate friends, in one transaction. The first transaction, when accessing FIGI supplied tracking numbers, showed it as delivered on 12/19/2013... The intended recipient never received it.
The second one was to be shipped in time for a 12/21/2013 delivery. Not delivered but still in transit? Possible arrival date of the 26th-28th? Figi's offered the option as far as delivery date is concerned.
When I tried to contact the CSR's via e-mail, spmehow, my e-mail address no longer exists in their data bank. It seems to exist when they spam me 20 times a week with promotions and e-mails. With no alternative left, I called Figi's... After sitting on hold for nearly 20 minutes, I got some lying imbecile who tried giving me completely different shipping information that what was being shown in a prior e-mail. I finally demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor, and was hung up on.
So, the next call was to my credit-card provider with who's card I used to place the order on line... And they were only too happy to place the account into dispute.
A word of advice... Avoid Figi's like the plague... They suck on every possible level.
