Figi's and its parent Mason Compnaies is a purposefully inefficient, incompetent, and dishonest internet sales corporation. I ordered gifts to be delivered on 11 Dec 2013 and put a delivery date of 20 Dec 2013 for Deadwood, South Dakota, Figi's shipped the product on the 15 Dec.
The delivery is scheduled for the 26 Dec. When I called Figi's three times I was given excuses such as; You did not specifically state you wanted it before Christmas, denial of what the catalog stated, and call FEDEX. I talked with managers in South Carolina and Ohio who were clueless and even left an voice message with Figi's corporate HQ (received no answer). I ordered this product by phone with a representative.
Your customer service staff is coached on how to deny, spin, and deflect blame. I tried emailing this complaint to Mason Companies, but on the contact page they have one phone number no email addresses, and a secretary who forwards your call to human resources.
It is evident that the culture of Masons Companies is to provide bad service in the hope of making more profit even during the Holidays. For shame.
