Just over two months ago my wife and I sat through the over two hour presentation for an Easy Rest adjustable bed. At the time we were promised a pillow as a gift for doing the presentation. It was a great presentation and we were about to buy when my wife said - "Let's wait a week or so until we get the free pillow. We can review our finances and budget the funds." We are both in our early 70's and on Social Security.
So far the pillow has not shown up. I have called Easy Rest several times and they said that it takes four to eight weeks for them to ship the pillow? Really? Our determination is that if Easy Rest does not live up to their simple promises, what sort of service would we get if we had actually bought their product? We have since bought an adjustable bed from another company that we are happy with.
