Complaint / review text:
I got an Easy Rest bed because I needed a comfortable one because of my recent injury during a fall. I sleep alright but it's in the wrong position. I broke my elbow and it hasn't healed yet, and I'm in the exact opposite position so I can't move around in bed and have a problem getting out of it. I have tried to make adjustments using the remote control and all of the different things going on with it to set the various positions. I also try to get my head in the right position but because the feet is supposed to be higher than the head while it rests and since I'm not in the bed correctly, I have a little problem in getting that adjusted. But I manage to have a good night's sleep.
The sales representative was very good, and the delivery team did everything that they were instructed to do from turning it. However, my only complaint is I did not know from the onset that the bed did not have a footrest nor a headrest. I needed it to make adjustments because of my illnesses and I'm still not adjusted. But I would recommend the Easy Rest if I meet somebody who really needs it. It's very helpful in getting in and out but you do need a headrest and a footrest.
