The Easy Rest sales rep was polite, and the delivery team was very nice. However, I’m unhappy with the bed. I haven’t been comfortable with it. Customer service told me they’re going to send me a piece of foam to put inside to make the bed softer, and I’m still confused about getting the vibrator to turn on and off, even though the delivery team was able to demonstrate how to use the bed. I lift the leg or head up frequently since it’s good for the body to have my feet elevated to my heart. I also thought the bed would help my health, but it didn’t. When I read the fine print after three days, it took me five days to realize that I made a mistake, and I don’t know what to do. I’m stuck with this bed that I can’t really pay for four years. I wouldn’t advise the Easy Rest to anyone.
