Complaint / review text:
Their sales rep was good but they set up the Easy Rest right in front of the bi-fold doors of my closet and I can't open it enough to get in. They also got a plug in the back of the bed and put it right against the headboard. I called and told them about the situation. It has to be fixed but I can't move it because I'm 84 years old. Plus my wife broke her hip and is in the nursing home right now and I've been tied up with that. And the lady said, "Oh, that's cosmetic. We got to charge you for that". These people made the mistake, and I got to pay for it?
