It's been over a month since I got my Easy Rest bed. I had a card in the mail and I just called the number on card because I was itching to get rid of the bed I've had since 2001. It was already here when I got here so I was interested in getting a new bed. I thought it would be good, but I'm not really pleased with how it's turning out. I haven't made the first payment on it yet; it's due on the 3rd of August and I'm already dissatisfied.
While it has helped me with a better night's sleep, I want to know why the mattress and anything they have does not say Easy Rest. There's no name whatsoever. Most of the beds that get sent out should have Easy Rest imprinted into the mattress, like the pillow, but it doesn't. It makes me think that it's some sort of second hand or second-rate bed, and not really Easy Rest. It's a bed that comes up and down and it has a vibration system on it; however, for $3,700 - almost $4,000 - I think I should have gotten a first class bed for that kind of money. The salesman even said that the bed would be real quiet. No, it hums like a motor. It's not as quiet as he said it would be. Somehow, I just think they shortchanged me.
Since the delivery, there has been nobody in touch with me. Nobody has called or anything. They said they'll call back and see how I was doing, but they haven't. So I have been thinking that they just tricked me with a second rate bed and took my money.
