I needed to renew my Norton virus Protection, which I thought I did. I paid the $75.04. But I kept getting messages that I had no virus protection. I tried to rectify the situation, but found the system and the two chat people very "unfriendly". Apparently you can not speak with a rep by phone? So after over two hours I told "you was not very helpful, forget it". The a Mr. From the Philippines called me and actually was pleasant, professional and solved the problem. Although at the end of the day, even with 's help, the whole process took over three hours, no exaggeration; I finally did get "hooked up" to Norton Virus Protection. I will only renew next year because of Mr. Not because of the Norton unfriendly, very slow, interaction and renewal process. Thank you.
