Complaint / review text:
Contacted by Blake and Associates and told I am behind with my account and handed over. Funny enough I did phone Topmed about six months ago as I keep on getting claims advise which shows a negative amount every month. They advised me, that nothing is wrong and I should not worry. I am very upset. My name is now being dragged through the mud for WHAT???
I contacted the call centre. Awaiting feedback as my membership number does not appear on their list for Blake and Associates.
SO GLAD PHONE CALLS GET RECORDED AT TOPMED. Now my attorneys can subpoena the call where they confirmed i dont owe anything. This if they insist on trying to take this furter. They even said now they paid the balance of my savings account to my new medical aid. How unproffessional. The guy as Blake and Associates could not give me any details. Just kept on saying - you owe your medical aid money and did not pay. I advised him to get his facts straight.
PS: I left this medical aid more that a year and a half ago.
