Complaint / review text:
I am so so tired of having to call TopMed over and over to sort this out.
I paid cash for my new glasses. I then sent through a claim to TopMed. I emailed them the invoice WITH THE PROOF OF PAYMENT.
They told me that they would refund me a portion of the bill.
I then received an email from TopMed saying that the money was paid to the optometrist?!?!
I called them to ask what is going on.
I was told to phone the optometrist to get their practice number to confirm that the money was paid to them.
I phoned back with the practice number and was told by someone else that the practice number was not necessary?!?!!?!?
That person then said that he would reverse the transaction, and i would have the money in a few days.
A few days later, still no money. I call again to ask what is going on. They then tell me that i have to go to the optometrist where i bought the glasses to ask for my money.
Why do i have to fix their mistake?!
Why do the people answering the phones not know how their own system works?!
TopMed = Joke.
