Complaint / review text:
I became a member of LA Weight Loss but had put my program on hold due to being pregnant. When I wanted to go back to complete my program and receive the bars I PAID for, they were closed. No letter, no phone calls, etc. I have tried repeatedly to leave messages and emails but never get a response, or get a full mailbox response. What can I do? I have paid for over 80 boxes of bars that I have not received! I want my money back! Please help! Now I don't have the services or products that I paid for in full to complete my weight loss!
I am out well over $1,000 and cannot get the LA Lite Bars I paid for to complete my program. I paid for this on Care Credit with interest. I feel totally ripped off. No warning or help was offered, just bogus phone numbers.
