I do not know if it's a staff incompetence or ignorance. I am frustrated tired of being a co-ordinator between ampath and bonitas. Ampath have done their part and sent the pathology request notes (as requested by bonitas) to me of which i personally sent again to and received 220714qvzpjn as a ref back in july 2014. With no response or assistance and after numerous calls i was again asked to send another email on september 8th to [email protected] and received an automated ref 080914qzjsk7... Still nothing happened. Today i called again, i was told i needed to send the same email for the 4th time to i know nothing is going to happen. What is with this pathethic service. If i had sent it incorrectly, why was i not notified at least?
