Bonitas - New Membership

I don't even know how to start and where, because I am soooo frustrated I cannot explain how I feel - I give up.
Since 3 September after about fourteen emails, Bonitas can not put me on medical aid again, but now for my husband as the main member and me as the dependant under adult with two children as it was on previous membership. I logged a complain on your site (Hallo Peter) on Thuesday last week, which is almost a week ago, and no one came back to me, no one and I think this is very bad that even if you log a complaint on hallo Peter, that there is also no response. I am so fed up with Bonitas and told them that I am going to make then responsible if something happens to me and my family because at this moment we don't have medical aid and as from 1 October and I am not going to pay any penalties or waiting period because this is not my fault and I do have all fourteen or more emails as proof that I struggle since 3 September 2014. If Bonitas don't get us back on medical aid as soon as possible, I will have no choice to go to the ombudsman, because really, what do you suggest I do if there is just no response from anybody.
