Exhausted! Confused! Irrate! Appauled!

I joined nedgroup medscheme on the 1/10/2011 (hospital plan) never used the medical aid before until I had my baby on the 10/10/2013 - Early Novemeber went for a check-up, Dr Larbi advised me everything has been sorted by medical aid. On 26/11/2013 I joined my husbands medical aid and cancelled medscheme - However there was a mix up with the dates which have now been rectified. All the hospital fees that where paid to netcare and the Dr was reversed. I was said to the owe Medscheme 14 000 some odd. Now, they are saying they refunded into my bank account an amount of R14 000 to my standardbank account that was closed more than 3 years ago. They cant explain properly whats happening or whats going to happen. They speak in medical aid terms and think that everyone understand their terms. When you email them they reply with short responses that are not detailed enough. Im still sitting here a year later not knowing whats happening with the medical aid. I need to know whats happening? The service is disgusting and instead of helping they just want to be arguementive.
