24/10/2014 - I just received a statement via post from Dr Neli Stoykova - Paediatrician for a hospital procedure dated 13/05/2014. When I enquire why they are only sending it to me now they claim it is not their fault if the Post Office sent it to me now. They also claim it is not their responsibility to phone clients & also my responsibility to send claims to the Medical Aid. When I refer this matter to Bonitas they also claim there is nothing they can do. Is this why I'm paying medical aid? For people that cannot assist me on a query that cleary is not my fault. This is the first time I'm seeing the letter. Why is Bonitas not being helpful?
