Bonitas has entered into an agreement with Pharmacy Direct, a useless company which fails to deliver our treatment on time. When my medical aid was suspended in August because of a magtape problem from my employer, pharmacy direct failed to deliver my high blood treatment because of an outstanding R99 outstanding from Bonitas and not from me. To date I do not understand why I must be the one to follow up with pharmacy direct when both parties have a contract which has nothing to do with me. Clearly pharmacy direct is failing Bonitas and its customers I really want to know as to why must it be me who follow ups with pharmacy direct and not Bonitas. Can Bonitas please instruct Pharmacy Direct to resubmit the August claim and for ALL the outstanding August, September, October & November treatments? High Blood pressure is a killer disease which I have joined the medical aid in order to get my treatment. Please learn to take your patients serious for once. Please do not acknowledge receipt of my complaint only but resolve this problem.
