On the 17th of October I received an Application Form via email from Bonitas. I emailed the form the 21st of October. I received an email stating its an old form? The next day I emailed the new application form again. After a week I called 3 times and emailed to ask if membership was approved. Every time after 20min, I'm either cut-off or at the wrong apartment, or Bonitas systems are down. And no one is willing to call me back. VNow after 2 weeks I'm still waiting.
Bonitas, after I saw your promising ad on TV that you pay out 93% of claims I was very positive, but this is really unacceptable. I trust this is just an error and that you will get back to me regarding my membership starting 1st December 2014. I am looking forward to a long and healthy relationship. Thank you:)
