I have been trying for 2 months to get my medical savings balance transferred to my new medical aid at Topmed. I need to buy glasses and haven't got enough in my Topmed savings account to pay for it as I only joined Topmed in September and they only allocate a proportionate share for the remainder of the current year towards your savings account
I have now probably got 10-12 reference numbers from Discovery, I phoned, I emailed, had to fill out forms and do motivations and I keep getting the same answer. "Your request is under review and we will come back to you in 48 hours" - which surprisingly never ever happens.
I used to be a Discovery fan - No longer - trust me. Don't ever try and phone me again to sell some policy or product - you became too big and too arrogant. Can I please have my medical savings balance transferred to Topmed - it is my money and I need it.
