On the 3rd of November I placed a hello peter complaint regarding an application for medical cover I requested the 21st of October. I was called back by an agent handling hellopeter complaints. Can that person please get back to me. I did not receive your contact number, and you where supposed to have called me back by Monday the 10th already.
I called Bonitas AGAIN and AGAIN they said they requested an 2014 application form. Bonitas, I did email you the correct 2014 form after someone from Bonitas emailed me an old form. Please let me know if you want me as a client or not. This is now 4 weeks later and I am still waiting to be covered from the 1st of December 2014. According to Bonitas, it was only supposed to take 3 - 5 working days. I hope you understand my frustration.
