I cancelled my Vitality in June 2014, a letter was emailed to me confirming the cancellation. Money was still deducted from my account every month. I called again and cancelled in November, I recieved a phone call to confirm the cancellation and an email and still the debit for December went through. Why have you not stopped the debits from my account? Will I get a refund for the debits for the past 6 months!!!
