I'm one of Bonitas clients who was forced to use Pharmacy Direct to get my chronic medication and was told about the no co-payment thing. Ever since i started with that I never received my medication on time. Fedex delivery often rocks up at my house without confirming if im there & i have to work so I can pay for this medication, I surely wont be at my house between 8am & 17h00.
The other thing is, the prescption Pharmacy direct have is from 17/04/2014 and guess what I still receive medication on that though its way over six months. I dont know who is not doing his/her job between bonitas and pharmacy direct & your being incompetent is costing me my chronic funds.
1st, Bonitas I never want to use ur phamarcy direct thing to get my medication i have & have been having pharmacies who are doing far better job than what u r doing at the moment.
I did phone pharmacy direct 12/12/14 around 9h40am or so spoken to zanele to cancell whatever agreement i have with them to get the medication without a proper prescription because I thought after prescription expires they will stop, but that's only on rules they choose not to follow cause is not disadvantaging them in any way.
