Incorrect Suspension&Medical Benefit Inconvenience

Good day,
In October 2014, Bonitas suspended my membership on account of 'non payment of October 2013 contribution'.
I have since made calls & submitted proof of payments for September & October 2013 to Bonitas, they have not yet reinstated my membership.
I am experiencing medical inconvenience due to the fund not making payments the my medical expenses as the Doctors'invoices are being returned unpaid for.
Calls after calls, yet Bonitas has not corrected their records. I am still continuing to make payments to the scheme and have never missed a single payment nor have I rver been a private payer, and I am pregnant, all this I have on numerous occasions communicated with Bonitas, still I am being of my medical benefits to even mention during pregnancy. I am unhappy and infact, put to financial stress as a results of unfair service Bonitas has since October 2014 been giving me.
