Complaint / review text:
I took my medicine to Walmart on Monday, Jan. 12,2015, told them I'd like to sign up for text messaging for status and such, ok. Come Thursday, I hear nothing and I am out of medicine, I call to see if it is ready to be picked up. I was put on hold numerous times as they couldn't seem to find me in the system, then I was told my prescription is ready for pick up. I go to get it and I am told to go to consult window to talk to the Pharmacist. He tells me he can't fill this medicine because I got it filled twice last Nov., and I am on the national pharmacy list as having physically received it twice in Nov, mind you this is Jan 15,2015 today! I tell him he is incorrect and I did not, and even if I did, this is a brand new prescription written on Jan 12,2015. He said he cannot give me my meds and I need to call my doctor. So I called my doctor, she said that is ridiculous!
I told the Pharmacist check the system again, he said he did numerous times and he needed a call. I called my normal pharmacy and inquired about this double refilling of my prescription in Nov. And explained, they told me he is reading the reports wrong as it clearly shows I only received the medicine once in Nov., they called him for me to help him read the report correctly. He could not comprehend the report at all! I demanded my prescription back so I could refill at my normal pharmacy. I refilled it 15 minutes later without any questions. This Walmart Pharmacist (Germann rd and Gilbert RD, Chandler, arizona) should not be dispensing medicines to anyone, he could not speak straight and seemed to have something wrong with him, I was thinking a disability of some sort. I cannot believe he has not killed someone yet or made many very sick by not being able to read the system properly. Everyone beware of him!!!
