Please note that I am having issues with claims submitted to discovery.
Claims submitted on the 07/01/2015 and the 08/01/2015 have STILL not been processed.
I received reference numbers for the claims via email.
When calling on Tuesday this week, I was told the claims had not yet been submitted to the claims department and they cannot tell why as they were on the system.
They advised me they would resubmit and I would be paid in 1-2 working days. New claim numbers were given to me.
The money is still not reflecting in my account as yet. When calling discovery and supplying the new reference numbers given I was advised that they still have not been submitted to the claims department, and that they will call me Friday afternoon to advise me on what the progress is, as they cannot currently see anything on the system.
I never received a call back, so when calling today 19 January 2015, I was told they still not reflecting on the system. That is now two weeks gone by with no feedback or money.
Please advise on a manager I can contact to sort this matter out.
