Complaint / review text:
1. Had an emergency elbow operation on the 21st Nov. 2014.

2. All codes we authorized by Bonitas.

3. All bills has been paid except an outstanding amount of R12583.24 payable to Dr. Mgele - Why has it not
been paid.

4. The lady from Dr. Mgeles rooms (accounts department) contacted Bonitas on the 2nd Dec. 2014 and
spoke to one of the consultants, then on the 5th Dec. 2014 she sent thru all relevant information, then
again on the 21st Jan. 2015 she spoke to yet another consultant - no feedback.

5. My husband contacted Bonitas on the 9th Jan. 2015, the consultand said he would re-submit the quiry
and that it would take 10 working days for a reply - Guess what nothing, no feedback.
On the 22nd Jan. 2015 he spoke to Fatima (yet another call made to Bonitas) she gave my husband
a Referance Number - Ref: 220115Q5W8LK - still no feedback.

6. How long must we still wait for an answer from Bonitas?
Come on Bonitas your service used to be excellent.
