Complaint / review text:
I requested contact lenses for my daughter according to her prescription on Saturday 24 January 2015 - the contact lenses they sold (I had to pay up front) me, were the incorrect make and prescription! When I arrived home, I noticed the error (luckily) and phoned them immediately.
I informed them telephonically of the error, and indicated that I was on my way back to them to exchange the contact lenses. I was however informed that they do not have the correct lenses in stock, and I should keep the lenses they gave me until they have stock of the correct lenses. These would have been ordered, and they would have phoned by by Tuesday to indicate when I can come to exchange the contact lenses.
More than a week has passes, and still I have heard nothing from the supplier - now I am stuck with incorrect (more expensive) lenses, and I still do not have the correct prescription required!
