I have been a Bonitas client for more than 5 years now (-8yrs if not mistaken). Even though my benefits include going to the DR and Dentist 2ce a yr, amongst other things, I have hardly ever used these benefits as it costs Bonitas for this & I don't believe in wasting other people's money. However, over the past few months I have been to the DR 3 times as I have been diagnosed with Psoriasis. I have had to pay for about 33% or more of my bills. I have sent the slips through to Bonitas but they don't even reply. I have spent over R150 k on Bonitas over the years, but when I ask for something in return they don't even bother to get back to me. This is ludicrous, why am I paying so much for such terrible service, and then I still have to pay in when I see a DR? Discovery here I come.
