Complaint / review text:
Go an SMS from pharmacy direct that they will not be delivering my medication as Bonitas has not paid them. Upon calling bonitas i was advised that they are busy processing the claim and that i need to contact pharmacy direct and advise them of that.
The issue here is that the current medication is finsihed and i now am unable to continue with mu current daily dosage because of this inefficiency.
I was promised by Thabi that his manager will call me - Shanaaz - to date i am still waiting for some sort of feedback. The call was cut off while obtaining a reference number and bonitas has not bothered to contact me to complete the details
Should anything happen because of the lack of medication, Bonitas will become liable.
