Complaint / review text:
I live alone. My husband passed away and my children want to make sure that I had somebody I could call if I was laying on the floor somewhere. I started with another company, which my son had me hooked up, but I didn't keep it. They were never able to answer any of his questions and GreatCall is less expensive. I thought, "Well, I don't think I need that company" that's why I canceled it. I haven't been wearing GreatCall around the house that much, but I remember to take it with me. It's too heavy around my neck so I put it in my purse when I go out.
