My first email regarding physiotherapy was sent to Kokoi Motsoaledi and [email protected] on 11 February 2015. I telephoned Kokoi Motsoaledi on 16 February 2015 to follow up about the requested authorisation. My second email was sent to Kokoi Motsoaledi, [email protected] and [email protected] on 23 February 2015. I was discharged from hospital on 21 February 2015 and have not had any physiotherapy since then. 14 days has elapsed since my initial email and to date the authorisation has still not been provided. You are delaying my rehabilitation and this could result in additional sessions being required and further claims submitted. Can senior management please attend to my request and ensure that I receive the requested authorisation. Kindly only call from 11am should you wish to discuss this complaint.
