Discovery made an error and did not allocate the debit order that was paid in December.
I am still struggling to get back on my feet after a retrenchment and hijacking, but I made regular payments and kept in touch with Discovery. There was an arrangement in place to pay the outstanding amount owed on my medical aid on 25 February. The outstanding amount according to me was R4956 (for January and February), but according to Discovery it was R9688. Yesterday I made a payment of R7434, covering January, February and March. This was confirmed with the help desk.
I was promised that my medical aid will be restored within two hours. It is now almost 24 hours later and my medical aid has not been re-activated.
Please reactivate my medical aid immediately.
