First of all we had trouble getting my mother to wear is because is the size of a small cell phone! When she died she did so at home alone and did not have it on! Secondly I cancelled at least 6 times! Was charged again through checking account one month later after they insisted on automatic payment option through checking account!!! Do not give them your checking account info as I have still not receive the credit after calling 5 times and talking to several supervisors!!! If this were an senior citizen they would not have the patience to pursue the refund! Each time I call they say "you will see refund by end of week. After end of week the supervisor said I would see the refund by end of today on my checking account. Now another supervisor said the check is in the mail! Horrible for the elderly.
