Complaint / review text:
After I received it, I charged it. Decided to make sure it worked. Pressed the button. Person on other end could not hear me. They kept saying, “if you do not answer we are sending an ambulance”. Panic Attack. My home phone rang, it was the company. I explained I was only testing. They told me to call the company. I called. They told me to turn it off, turn back on again, try it now. Tried it again, same thing. I started panicking again and said to the customer service man on the line from Great Call, “what do I do, what do I do”. He disconnected the phone call. I called the company, told them, “I want to return this product”. I returned it.
It has been in their warehouse for 5 days now. They have not even processed it yet. It takes 21 days from the time it is processed for your payment to go back to your card. I cannot even get another one from a good company until I get my refund back from them because I am on a fixed income. I have called every day to try to speed up the process but with no luck. I am going to put in a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. It could sit in their warehouse forever. Every time I call, I am on hold for at least 10 min. They do not even have a real address. It's a PO box. Not too sure about this company.
