I purchased my 1st hearing aids in 2009 and had nothing but trouble with them. The staff at the Chelsmford, Mass. Office were always helpful but were unable to fix the problem. My hearing aids were sent out several times for repair.in 2011, I got new hearing aids and have had problems with them as well. I have written to corporate and have NEVER had any response. Last month, my left hearing aid was not working so back to Beltone. I went, only to be told that it would have to be sent out for repair and it would cost me $275.00.
Today my right hearing stopped working, so back to Beltone I went to have it sent out for repair again. Told them that I was completely DISSATISFIED with their product and there staff turnover. Since I have been going to the Chelmsford office, there have at least 5 different audiologist I have dealt with. Their staff turnover is terrible!!! Last year, the young man I dealt with had VERY LITTLE knowledge of the workings of a hearing aid. I will never recommend beltone hearing aids to anyone!!!
