This is the worst company to deal with. Physician ordered rolling walker after surgical stabilization of broken femur.
While in hospital, prior to discharge asked customer service to verify they were sending out the walker with wheels. Told they could only send out what the physician ordered. Apria delivered incorrect walker on a Thursday. Called back to verify order.
Order stated Rolling Walker. After 4 phone calls Friday & Saturday told they wouldn't be able to bring the correct walker until Monday or Tuesday. No Still waiting on the following Tuesday for requested managerial phone response.
No phone call or walker as of Tuesday morning.
