Complaint / review text:
My husband has brain cancer and he is in hospice care. Because of his brain cancer, he has a tendency to fall and we needed to have him have easy access to call me at any time. He is not coherent enough plus he's visually impaired so he couldn't touch the numbers on his phone to reach me. With GreatCall Splash, all he'd have to do is push the button and it was programmed to me. For a span of time, I felt confident with it but there was one time when he did fall and it didn't call me so I lost confidence after that. I don't know if they're designed properly for falls and I'm hoping to speak to GreatCall Splash about that experience.
