I sent my product back as per Medifast return policy guidelines. The package was received by them Sep 8th 2015. I received an email dated Sep 14th 2015 stating that my return was processed and that it should take 14 days to receive my refund. It is now Oct 02 2015 and I have no refund. I called them Monday, Oct 28,2015, to inquire about my refund and was told someone would call me back in two business day to resolve the issue. I received no phone as of today (02 oct 2015). I called again today to check the status and was given the run around again and given the same answer of "someone will call me in 2-3 business days". Buyer Beware. This is a horrible company. Their food has dangerously high levels of soy, and their customer service is deplorable.
