This company does not answer its emails from customers and when called, requires that you wait more than 12 minutes on hold. There was a problem when I moved with their billing. I let them know of my new address by email as soon as I could. The credit card company did not honor their billing because of the move and their incorrect address for me which should have been updated. I was informed that I did not follow their company protocol and would be charged and sent to collections for payment. I explained what I had done in sending a regular mail to the company and declining to be served annealing by them along with the payment for that first month. The check was cashed! But no changes were made and they are continuing to bill me. This is poor customer service at best!
