Transferred prescriptions from competitor. Transfer went fine. I ordered my first refill online 4 days early to avoid delays. Got to store the day I agreed to pick up and was told to wait 30 minutes. Not two minutes later, Im called up and told the drug is out of stock. Theyve known I would be there for four days. Its raining and Im just off from work. They said I can call around to other stores and see if any of them could let me have some pills to hold me till mine come in on Tuesday. As a new customer, I shouldnt have to call around and drive around in the rain when theyve known four days that a new customer will be in Friday for a prescription. The next day, I get two emails, the one I needed to pick up Friday will now be ready Saturday, the next day. But, its now Monday morning and the status still shows in process. Id ordered another refill to be picked up that same friday that was also out of stock and would supposedly be in 2/2/21. The email says it will be ready 3/2/21. Thats over a month afterI needed it. They wonder why I move my business from them?
