Purchased unit March 2003. Followed directions on how to clean unit to the letter. Unit is a Fresh Air by Ecoquest. The unit worked for 1.5 years and had a rust problem on electrical connections and failed. Sent unit back to manufacturer after many calls to seller in Cleveland area, approx. 3 mo. Later. Unit was rebuilt or serial no. Removed and installed on another unit and sent back to me. Unit worked for 35 days and failed again. All connections were checked but to no avail. Have tried many times to contact Kerr (salesperson) so as to have unit re-repaired by original manufacture co. The internal structure of the unit is not the same as the one I purchased. When the unit worked, it did its job to purify the air. I cannot remember the co. That I sent the unit to for repairs.
