Complaint / review text:
I was, but did not get confirmation or a charge. Called the 800 # and customer service could not find the order so she resubmitted it.
I received two of the same orders, Ulta's mistake, I contacted Ulta and the order was not found. I had to open both shipments and then they tracked it. Ulta took full blame, I requested a prepay return label, but was told it is not Ulta's policy. I am told I must pay for shipping and then will be reimbursed.
Calls are not returned, have dispute with AE credit card.
Problem not resolved after 6 weeks. This is Ulta's error and I should not have to put out any additional time and money.
