Complaint / review text:
In November I went to aspen dental for the first time. The Dentist there checked my teeth, all in about 20 minutes and told me they all needed to come out, except for my canine teeth which would hold my partial plates.
I wasn't quite ready to have all my teeth pulled so I asked if they could put in a flipper to fill a whole in the front of my mouth where they had just pulled a tooth. They said they could and it would cost me over 600.00 and that I had to pay up front for the work. I did. (me).
My next dentist appointment was at the same Aspen Dental and a totally different Dentist who told me she would not do the flipper because, and I quote "I would look." I said ok so now what. She wanted to pulled ALL of my teeth out and give me dentures and scheduled me for an appointment to get a dental cast. When I went in to the same Aspen Dental it was another dentist who had no idea what the other two dentists were doing so they wanted me to come back and let them take a look at my teeth, also telling me that the dental cast they had done was wrong. I scheduled the next appointment and was called the day of my appoinment to let me know they were cancelling on me and rescheduled me for 2 days hence.
I went in for my appointment and was told, after waiting 45 minutes in the office that they could not see me and the last dentist I had seen was no longer there so the new one would want to check my teeth for me. All this time they had not refunded the money I paid for the flipper. When I complained they did an online refund for me that still has not shown up on my account.
I can't find the number for the main Aspen Dental and the office here won't give it to me. Is there anyone out there who can help?
