Complaint / review text:
I have had my glasses only about three weeks and my frames broke. I took them back to Sears Optical in Lexington, KY and they told me I would have to purchase another pair of frames at $75 and they told me I have no insurance. I understand that when you buy a pair of glasses, you automatically have a year warranty on frames in which this is not the case. They told me I only have 30 days. I have checked around to try and fix my glasses and every optical place tells me that there is a one year limited warranty on frames and glasses also. I am very dissatisfied with your company. I also have another pair which are blurry and the lady working there was going to take this pair of glasses and send them back to get checked out, in which I have no more to wear. I will not be back to get another pair unless something is done about my glasses.
