I began receiving calls from the Health Enrollment Center 6 months ago and I continue to receive automated calls from them. I started just hanging up, but they continue to call.
I chose #1 and got a real peson and told them to take me off of their call list; at least 10 times. They STILL continue to make automated calls to me. Most recently, I held on for a real peson and asked to speak to a manager.
They were rude and refused to pass me onto a manager. They should be fined for continuing to harass people, NOW.
