Complaint / review text:
I received a charge of 89.99 to my bank statement and when I contacted Coffee Pure Cleanse and Slim ProHealth, first, I was told that I had not been charged this amount and that I would need to fax proof. Then, I called back and asked what charges had been made and I was told 89.99.
I was told that I had to return my unused portion of the product to get a refund.
I never committed to signing up for a program or for any charges beyond the 4.85 shipping charge for my original product.
I was told that the customer service rep. I was speaking with was the top level person I would be allowed to speak with.
Customer service reps. Were not knowledgeable about they money they had taken from me and treated me very poorly.
