This company is holding my money hostage! Attempted transaction several times, with the message that my card would not work & to please try again later or use another card.
When I called my credit card company, they said these transactions were approved, and will remain in pending status until ULTA decides to fully process them... Which means my money is available to ULTA, but not me! I'm on my fifth day of dealing with this fiasco, and they refuse to resolve this for me, and claim they do not have the ability to call my card company's authorization department to reverse these approved authorizations. Customer service has completely disregarded my situation, and it doesn't seem to matter whether or not I am dealing with a supervisor, because it is simply the blind leading the blind!
Will never shop ULTA again!
