My Dad submitted his claim for a repeat prescription on 20 March 2015 to Pharmacy Direct
On 2 April 2015 he received an sms confirming that Pharmacy Direct submitted the claim to Bonitas for the provision of the medicines
He has not yet recieved the tracking number for the medicines to be delivered and had to buy
medicine from the local pharmacy in the meantime as he had run out of medicine.
Why does it take Pharmacy Direct two weeks to do anything regarding a prescription?
Will they carry the cost for the more expensive medicine that my Dad had to buy in the meantime?
I keep on complaining about their poor service, but it just does not get any better.
Seems that an alternative medical aid is the only option of getting away from Pharmacy Direct
Why is Bonitas not sorting them out?
My previous complaint number was: Pharmacy Direct complaint - 050115Q55DKK but nothing came of it
