Complaint / review text:
I recently parted way with my former company who was paying portion of my medical aid. Subsequent to that I called Bonitas adnd advised them I would still like to proceed with them as my insurer. A month later I called them again and requested them to re-instate my cover and I was advised that in order for them to do that I need to pay the fee for the previous and current, fax the proof to them together with my id and letter stated the above of which I did. Few days later I received a ridicoulius email stating that I now need to pay another huge amount of money in order for them to honour my request. Because the mail didnt make sense I called them and was kept holding for the more 30 Minutes with no one returning back to me to tell as to why am ectually holding for that long for feedback. Today I went to their offices and i was treated like a fool, The moment when i thought that i would get help I was told that the consultant dealing with my query is not available what the heck??? I was follishly send to obtain thebank statement and when i returned back to their offices, I was told that she is still not available and will give me call. I am so disgusted with Bonitas
