Evening this above matter is unacceptable I did receive the last email from you the 20th of April and this matter take you up to nearly a Month to reply back to me as the client. I did mention that I have stopped my debit order till there will be attended to my problem. I need an answer in 24 hours from Bonita's. And then will make a payment on my medical for only one Month because I did not use the aid at all for 2015. I need attention for this matter as soon as possible
